Visitors transiting through Tanzania or planning multi-city itineraries within the country may request transit visas or multiple-entry visas when applying online.

4. Passport Requirements
Visas must be obtained with a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry, and travelers should carry proof of onward or return travel.

Tourist visas are typically issued for stays ranging from 30 to 90 days, depending on the traveler’s nationality and itinerary. Fees vary by visa type and processing method, with e-Visa options sometimes offering reduced service charges compared to visas obtained upon arrival.
