Southern Tanzania’s highlands came alive with adventure, culture, and conservation spirit as more than 250 tourists gathered for the vibrant “Let’s Meet at Mount Rungwe” Festival, a fast-growing domestic tourism event held in Mount Rungwe.
Organized by the Tanzania Forest Services Agency (TFS) in collaboration with Access FM, the festival took place on April 25, 2026, bringing together tourists, government leaders, conservation stakeholders, and local communities to celebrate one of Tanzania’s most underrated destinations.
