Itinerary
DAY 01 DAR ES SALAAM TO MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK. (TRANSFER AND MAASAI BOMA). Early in the morning after meeting our representative guide, you will have a short safari briefing. We will then start our safari to Mikumi National Park, you will spend almost 5-6hrs on road to the park. If you haven’t had a breakfast we will stop along the way for breakfast or snacks. As we travel enjoy the beautiful natural scenery and fascinating stories about Tanzania with your guide. We will stop in Morogoro town for lunch before continuing our drive to Mikumi. Upon arrival we will go directly to Maasai boma expect to learn and experience Maasai people. Diner and overnight at Mikumi resort. DAY 02 FULL DAY GAME DRIVE TO MIKUMI NP. (GAME DRIVE AND BIRD WATCHING). Early in the morning after the breakfast in your camp you will meet with your drive guide again drive you straight into the park for a fully day game drive into the park, lunch at picnic site.
