DAY 01 DAR ES SALAAM CITY -- MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK. (TRANSFER AND VISIT MAASAI BOMA).

Early in the morning after meeting our representative guide, you will have a short safari briefing. We will then start our safari to Mikumi National Park, you will spend almost 5-6hrs on road to the park. If you haven’t had a breakfast we will stop along the way for breakfast or snacks. As we travel enjoy the beautiful natural scenery and fascinating stories about Tanzania with your guide. We will stop in Morogoro town for lunch before continuing our drive to Mikumi. Upon arrival we will go directly to Maasai boma where you will enjoy traditional dances, join them in jumping and learn more about Maasai culture.. Diner and overnight at Mikumi resort.
DAY 02 FULL DAY GAME DRIVE TO MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK. (GAME DRIVE AND BIRD WATCHING).

Early in the morning after the breakfast in your camp you will meet with your drive guide again drive you straight into the park for a fully day game drive into the park, lunch at picnic site. During the game drive expect to see over 400 bird’s species that have been recorded in the park and many animals as the parks open land make wildlife viewing easy and exciting. After fully day game drive we drive you back to your camp for relaxation and enjoying the camp. Dinner and overnight at Mikumi Resort.
DAY 03 MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK -- NYERERE NATIONAL PARK. (TRANSFER AND BOAT SAFARI)

Early in the morning after breakfast in your camp, meet with your guide again drive you to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous), with packed lunch box. Upon arrival you will go directly for boat safari in Rufiji River expect to see crocodiles and hippos, as well as different species of birds. Although one of these animals is a predator, you will observe that they do not harm each other. Dinner and overnight at Selous river view lodge.
DAY 04. FULLY DAY IN NYERERE NATIONAL PARK. (FULLY DAY GAME DRIVE)

In the morning after breakfast, you will meet your guide once again for fully game and visit Maasai boma. During the game drive expect to encounter wide range of wildlife such as elephant, giraffe, buffalo, warthog, and many others, along with more than 350 different species of birds found in this park. After game drive you will return to the camp for lunch and relaxation, Dinner and overnight at Selous river view lodge.

Morning after breakfast, leave the camp with escort from armed ranger start sun rise walking safari where you spent 2 hours, during walking safari expect adventure where you will be able to experience a foot print of different animals, learn about smaller species and you will be able to see animals close. And then drive you back to Dar es salaam, where upon arrival you will drop off at your hotel, airport or the ferry boat station if travelling to Zanzibar.
