3-Day Waterfalls, Hot Springs & Tarangire National Park

The tour guide will pick you up at the airport and welcome you to Natalia Safari Tours. Your guide will provide a brief overview of your 3-day adventure before heading to Materuni Waterfalls, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. These impressive waterfalls are among the tallest in the area, cascading crystal-clear glacier water 70 meters into a natural pool. The scenic walk to the waterfalls passes through lush tropical rainforest, coffee, banana, and avocado plantations, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience the beauty of the region. You will also enjoy a delicious local lunch prepared by the Chagga community. After lunch, continue to Chemka Hot Springs. The drive takes approximately 40 minutes along a winding and bumpy road, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and experience authentic Tanzanian village life. At the hot springs, you can swim in the crystal-clear water, relax in the peaceful surroundings, enjoy the sunshine, and, if you wish, savor a delicious barbecue prepared for you. After this unforgettable adventure, you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park is one of the most authentic safari destinations in the country. Home to the world’s largest concentration of elephants, herds of up to 300 elephants can be seen around the Tarangire River, drinking or enjoying a mud bath. There are plenty of reasons to get your cameras ready for Tarangire. After arriving at the park, you will proceed on a game drive. Following your adventure, you will be driven to the hotel for check-in, dinner, and an overnight stay.

On the third and final day of your adventure, your guide will pick you up early in the morning from your accommodation. You will head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in northern Tanzania, home to the vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and the “Big 5” animals: elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration, and livestock belonging to the semi-nomadic Maasai tribe graze alongside wild animals. Hominin fossils found in the Olduvai Gorge date back millions of years. After lunch, you will enjoy a game drive within the park before returning to Arusha. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport for departure, marking the end of your 3-day adventure.
