DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

DAY 1: ZANZIBAR – ARUSHA – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning, take a domestic flight from Zanzibar Island to Arusha where your safari guide will meet you.

After a short briefing, begin your journey toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and the lush highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Arrive in the Serengeti around midday and enjoy your first exciting game drive across the endless plains. Wildlife commonly seen includes lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes and large herds of wildebeest.

In the evening, check in at your comfortable tented camp, relax with a warm shower and enjoy dinner under the African stars.

DAY 2: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Start the day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, the best time to see predators active and enjoy beautiful sunrise photography.

After brunch, depart toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area while enjoying wildlife sightings along the way.

Arrive in the Ngorongoro Highlands in the evening and settle into your peaceful tented lodge overlooking the surrounding landscapes. Relax by the campfire and enjoy dinner.

DAY 3: NGORONGORO CRATER – ARUSHA – ZANZIBAR

After breakfast, descend about six hundred meters into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive.

The crater floor is home to incredible wildlife including lions, elephants, zebras, flamingos and the rare black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending the crater rim and driving back to Arusha.

In the late afternoon, catch your flight back to Zanzibar Island where your safari adventure concludes.
