Tanzania’s tourism industry is coming together for an inspiring conservation initiative through a Charity Safari Auction dedicated to protecting hyenas and promoting human–wildlife coexistence.

The event brings together leading women from Tanzania’s safari and tourism sector who share a strong commitment to wildlife conservation and responsible tourism. Through this unique auction, exclusive safari experiences across four iconic national parks and eight exceptional lodges will be offered to support the work of United Tansania, a conservation organization conducting scientific research on hyena populations.
Funds raised from the auction will contribute to the purchase and deployment of GPS satellite collars for three hyenas, enabling researchers to better track their movements, understand ecological behavior, and support long-term conservation strategies that benefit both wildlife and surrounding communities.
Safari Experience Across Northern Tanzania
The charity safari offers an unforgettable journey through some of Tanzania’s most spectacular landscapes and wildlife destinations.

Guests will also explore the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wildlife sanctuaries. The journey then continues to the cultural landscapes around Lake Eyasi, offering opportunities to experience authentic local traditions and communities.
